Magna Mater

My family lives in England, and I grew up between there and Seattle. Magna Mater, which is ongoing for as long as I move to and from these places, focuses on the psychogeographies of here, the emotions I feel here, my family and the towns they grew up in. In April of 2025, we were gathered in England for the funeral of my grandfather, and I made photos about that loss and the way the English landscape influences me. I watch it and I feel it watching me back.
